One Alliance Logistics provides courier, freight, delivery, junk removal, and storage cleanout services. By using this website or booking any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a service agreement.
All pricing is based on distance, load size, service type, and job conditions. Estimates provided prior to service are subject to change based on actual job requirements. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and electronic payment methods where available.
One Alliance Logistics reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to availability, safety concerns, or operational needs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are properly prepared, accessible, and ready for pickup or transport at the agreed time. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by inaccurate information, inaccessible locations, or unsafe working conditions.
For junk removal services, all items are considered abandoned once loaded and accepted for removal. One Alliance Logistics assumes no responsibility for items after removal and reserves the right to dispose of or donate items at its discretion.
While all care is taken in handling items and completing services, One Alliance Logistics is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside of our control. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
One Alliance Logistics reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion, including situations involving unsafe conditions, illegal activity, or misuse of services.
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of One Alliance Logistics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Terms & Conditions -
1. Services
One Alliance Logistics provides courier services, LTL freight transport, junk removal, storage cleanouts, and related delivery services. All services are provided based on availability and scheduling.
2. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is based on distance, load size, service type, and job conditions. Estimates may be provided prior to service, but final pricing may adjust based on actual job requirements. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Service Estimates
Any quotes provided are estimates only. Additional charges may apply for:

Extra distance or travel time

Heavy or oversized items

Stairs, difficult access, or loading delays

Additional stops or wait time
4. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. A cancellation fee may apply if the driver is already en route or has arrived on site.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure all items are ready for pickup at the agreed time. One Alliance Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible locations, inaccurate information, or unsafe working conditions.
6. Liability
While all care is taken in handling items, One Alliance Logistics is not liable for pre-existing damage to items, property conditions, or items improperly prepared for transport or removal.
7. Junk Removal Disclaimer
Items removed during junk removal services are considered abandoned and will be disposed of or donated at the company’s discretion. Items must be clearly identified before removal.
8. Service Area
Services are provided within Indianapolis and surrounding areas unless otherwise agreed.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or outside operational capacity.
10. Agreement
By scheduling or using services from One Alliance Logistics, the customer agrees to these terms.
